AfterSession is a conversation-to-action platform for professionals and the people they guide. We treat conversation data as sensitive and design for trust, security, and privacy first.
What we process
- Account data: professional and participant name and email
- Conversation data: transcripts you provide, plus derived debriefs and action items
- Operational data: audit logs and portal access events for security and transparency
How conversation data is protected
- Encryption at rest with envelope encryption for transcript content
- Tenant isolation through row-level security at the database layer
- Portal access via token-gated, optionally email-verified links
Your controls
- Disable AI drafting so transcript content never leaves AfterSession
- Choose transcript retention windows, including zero-day retention
- Export or permanently reset organization data
